On February 1, 2023, Class Members were mailed a Notice of Pendency of Collective and Class Action Settlement and Final Hearing Date (“Notice”). The Notice may have been incorrect and not specific to each Class Members. If you received an incorrect Notice, everything contained within Notice would have been incorrect as well (for example, an incorrect estimated Settlement Share, incorrect number of workweeks, and/or incorrectly displayed that you Did, or Did Not file a consent to join in the action before May 23, 2022).
On February 16, 2023, a correction Notice was mailed to all Class Members. This Notice supersedes the Notice mailed on February 1, 2023.
